What are the hours of collection and delivery?

We collect and deliver Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm. (*subject to availability, available time slots will be displayed when making your order)

What areas do Click Clean Clothes operate in?

We currently operate in Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas, but we are expanding and will be serving new locations across the UK soon! If you are not sure if we serve your location, don’t worry, just enter your postcode when making an order and the system will alert you if we don’t serve your location. You can also visit the ‘locations’ tab at the top of this page. If your address is in the Brighton & Hove (and surrounding) area, and the system will not accept your postcode please contact us using our contact form www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact .

How do I start my order with Click Clean Clothes?

Its easy to start an order with us, all you need to do is sign up via our app or on our website, after this sign in and select ‘create order’, then just follow the steps.

Why are men’s shirts cheaper to service than women’s shirts?

Men’s shirts are cheaper to service as they can be pressed using our state-of-the-art shirt machine, this means we are able to service a men’s shirt to a high quality at a faster rate. As women’s shirts cannot be used on this machine they must be hand pressed, that requires more detailing and time.

What is the turnaround time?

We try our best to give you a fast turnaround. Click Clean Clothes can have your items delivered to you 24 hours from collection. (*subject to the available time slots and location)

What must I do before my order is collected?

Before collection, please ensure all your items are ready for the driver to collect and be bagged. To all customers who have selected a Laundry Service- wash, dry & fold, please ensure that all items are separated into loads, i.e. colours are separated & please inform the driver of any Dry Cleaning stains to be removed or special requests.

What must I do at collection?

Simply pass your items to our Click Clean Clothes driver, the driver will confirm your order details with you, then you simply sign our tablet to confirm the collection. Please inform the driver of any Dry Cleaning stains to be removed or special requests.

How can I edit/reschedule my Click Clean Clothes order?

To reschedule your collection or delivery, simply log into your account via our app or website and select ‘order history’. Here you can view all your previous and live orders. Locate the order you wish to edit and select the ‘edit’ option. Here you can edit the collection/delivery dates and times. (*subject to availability. Order edits can not be made 2 hours prior to your collection or delivery). If you need to make any other changes to your order, simply inform us as soon as possible using our contact form ( www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact ) (stating your order number) and let us know your amendments that need to be made to your order.

To make it easier for you to make your order we accept a number of payments methods:

Can I add extra items to my order?

Our system is designed to give you flexibility, so there are 2 options: Add extra items before collection: Simply contact us using our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact and let us know the extra items you wish to add; we will charge your card accordingly for the extra items. Add extra items at Collection (at the door): Simply give the Click Clean Clothes driver the additional items and inform them that this has been done, the driver can add the extra notes to your order and we will charge your card accordingly for the extra items.

I have an item that is not listed on your app/website?

If you have an item that is not listed on the services page, simply contact us using our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact and provide us with the details of this item. A Click Clean Clothes team member will be happy to help you.

I don’t know what category my items is under on the Click Clean Clothes services list?

If you are not sure which category your garment under using our app or website, simply contact us using our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact and provide us with the details of this item. A Click Clean Clothes team member will be happy to help you.

A stain on my item has not been removed?

We are sorry to hear this, unfortunately there is no guarantee that all stains can be removed, our specialists treat your garments with care and caution, and they try their best to remove all stains.

How does the Wash Dry & Fold service work?

Items are washed at 40 degrees Celsius cycle and tumble dried at medium heat. Customers who have Personal requirements such as temperature or washing powders (provided by the customer) must inform Click Clean Clothes by specifying their requirements at collection to the representative of Click Clean Clothes. Items such as duvets, pillows, and sheets (sheets with ironing service only) cannot be included in the Wash Dry Fold service bags as they are charged as separate items. All items must be colour separated at collection (Pick up) into separate washing load bags.

Can my order be collected/delivered from/to different addresses?

Our system is designed to be flexible for our customers; this means you can enter different collection address and delivery address. Note: you can also save your address in your profile section; this means you will not have to keep re-entering your address details.

Do you accept voucher codes?

Click Clean Clothes accepts voucher codes so you can benefit for even more savings! (T&Cs apply)

How can I see a previous order made with Click Clean Clothes?

There is not just one but three ways of viewing your current or previous orders:
Sign in on our website or app and select ‘Purchase History’, here you can see all previous and current order details.
All orders made with Click Clean Clothes have an automated email conformation sent to the customer email address; on this email it contains all your order details.
Simply contact us using our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact and a Click Clean Clothes representative will be happy to help find and provide you with your order details.

What if I have a complaint or issue with my order?

Firstly if this is the case, don’t worry, simply contact us using our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact and let us know the details of your issue/complaint and a Click Clean Clothes representative will be in contact with you.

I missed my collection/delivery, what should I do?

If you have missed your collection or delivery, you will receive an email with instructions, if you need more information on what to do, please write to us using our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact (please state your order number). (If you are unavailable at the Collection time slot stated on your order conformation you will incur a £5 additional charge, for each attempt of re-collection (Collection).)

Does Click Clean Clothes have a minimum order?

Yes- Click Clean Clothes minimum order value varies depending on order location.

Can I keep the bags provided by Click Clean Clothes?

Click Clean Clothes provides you with bags when your items are returned to you, these bags are for you to keep, but please re-use these bags for your next order to help preserve our environment.

How can I edit my account details?

To edit your account, simply log in via our app or website, select ‘update profile’. Here you can save your collection & delivery address for a faster future ordering process. When you select the ‘pencil’ symbol you can edit your account details, such as: Name, Email, Telephone number & Password.

Why are there no services displaying on the website/app?

Please enter you postcode at the top of the ‘services’/‘create order’ page, this will display a list of services available to you. If you are still having a issue with this please get in contact with us.

Does Click Clean Clothes accept telephone orders?

Click Clean Clothes is a online dry cleaning and laundry service, we do not accept telephone orders. However we are more than happy to guide you through the online ordering process via our app or website.

Does Click Clean Clothes accept walk-in customers?

We do accept walk-in customers to our workshop. (please note: walk-in customer must drop off/collect orders to/from the workshop.)

Refer a friend scheme?

Share your referral code with your friends. (your unique code is found in the ‘profile’ section/tab) Your friends then enter your unique referral code when signing up with Click Clean Clothes. They will then receive a discount off their first order with us. (via email) When your friend has made their first order with us, you then receive a discount code via email. *t&cs apply
