Please ensure you read and understand our terms and conditions before making an order.
1.0: Information about Click Clean Clothes1.1: Click Clean Clothes is an online laundry service, provided via a mobile application or our website (www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk ). We pick up the items and service them as specified by the customer in their order where they are then delivered to the customer.
1.2: Click Clean Clothes Ltd is a registered limited company (Company number 9853216) Click Clean Clothes can be contacted via our 'contact us' form on our website.
2.0 Click Clean Clothes Contract with Customer:2.1: The terms and conditions apply to all orders made by you (the customer) via our application, website, and walk in customers. The terms and conditions also apply for any orders that are changed/edited by you (customer) or as a request from you (customer). The customer agrees that; Click Clean Clothes terms and conditions are agreed when you (customer) sign up/order with Click Clean Clothes, via our app or website.
2.2: We amend these terms and conditions occasionally, please make sure you (customer) check for any updates before making an order.
3.0 Definitions:App : Click Clean Clothes mobile application.
Website : Click Clean Clothes Website. (www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk )
Collection : Where a representative of Click Clean Clothes does the act of collecting the customers garments.
Collection time-slot : The 1 hour time period on a specific date for your items to be picked up via a Click Clean Clothes representative.
Delivery : Where a representative of Click Clean Clothes does the act of delivering the customers garments.
Delivery time-slot : The 1-hour time period on a specific date for your items to be dropped off/ delivered via a Click Clean Clothes representative.
Order : Where the customer makes a request for Click Clean Clothes to service the customers items according to the details they specify, using the App or website.
Item : Any garment the customer would like to be serviced.
We/Us/Our : Click Clean Clothes Ltd / Click Clean Clothes / CCC.

4.0 Creating an Order:
4.1: You (the customer) are able to create an order via downloading our app or visiting our website -www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk . Please ensure you (the customer) have correctly understood, identified, and inputted each item, costs, addresses, profile details (such as email address, name, password and telephone number) and collection time slot/delivery time-slot.
4.2: The contract with Click Clean Clothes arises when you (the customer) receive the email confirmation of your Order with Click Clean Clothes.
4.3: Click Clean Clothes has a minimum order total policy of £20.00 per order. Therefore all orders must total to £20.00. You (the customer) will be given an option to pay the additional amount of money required for your basket to total £20.00 when the total order cost is under £20.00.
5.0 Order Changes:5.1: If any changes need to be made to your order please contact and inform Click Clean Clothes (stating your order number) via our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk so we can help assist you.
5.2: You (the customer) may make changes to your order at any time before collection (your collection time is stated in the email confirmation). This does not apply for order cancelations. (please see paragraph 6.1.4)
5.3: If you (the customer) need to make changes to the delivery time-slot you must contact Click Clean Clothes (stating your order number) as soon as you (the customer) can via our contact form on www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk .
5.4: You (the customer) are able to make changes to the delivery time-slot up to 2 hours before the delivery time-slot originally stated in your email confirmation. (subject to availability)
5.5: If any changes are made to an order, we will resend you (the customer) an automated updated email confirmation.
6.0 Order Cancellation:6.1 The Customer Order Cancellation Rights:
6.1.1: You (the customer) may cancel your order under the following conditions:
6.1.2: Any time up to 2 hours before the start of the collection time slot stated in your order confirmation.
6.1.3: After your (the customer) items have been collected, you are able to cancel your order if Click Clean Clothes is affected by an event outside our control (see section 11.0).
6.1.4: If you (the customer) for whatever reason need to cancel an order less than 2 hours before collection – there will be a £5.00 late cancellation charge.
6.1.5: If you (the customer) are not available on the agreed collection time of your collection – there will be a £5.00 customer unavailable charge.
7.0 Collection & Delivery: (Collection & Delivery)7.1: Click Clean Clothes will make efforts to collection and delivery your (the customer) items at the specified time-slot in your (the customer) order, having said this, Click Clean Clothes cannot guarantee to do so. If any delay arises that are out of our control, we will make efforts to inform you about the delay via telephone or email (subject to availability).
7.2.1: If you (the customer) are unavailable at the collection time-slot stated on your order confirmation; After the second attempt of Click Clean Clothes collecting (picking-up) your items/ order you will incur a customer unavailable £5 additional charge for each attempt of re-collection (collection).
7.2.2: If you (the customer) are unavailable at the collection/delivery time slot stated on your order conformation we will be more than happy to rearrange a collection/delivery time (subject to availability). If you are unavailable at the collection/delivery time-slot stated on your order confirmation you will incur a £5 additional charge for each attempt of re-collection/re-delivery (collection/delivery).
7.2.3: If you (the customer) are not willing to pay a delivery charge, you are given the option to collect your order from a Click Clean Clothes workshop.
7.3: Items can be recollected or redelivered to a 3rd party of the customer on the condition that the customer does this at their own risk and the 3rd party is prepared to sign an acknowledgement on your behalf (subject to availability).
7.4: All collection and deliveries are acknowledged by a signature from you (the customer or customer 3rd party) at the door of collection and delivery. When you (the customer) have signed our tablet at collection, then you (the customer) are accepting that all items in your order have been given to our driver and that you (the customer) accept any additional charges if additional items are added to your order at collection (the driver will specify the additional extra items in the ‘driver notes section’ in our driver app).
7.5: When you (the customer) have signed our tablet at delivery, you (the customer) are accepting that all items in the order have been returned to you (the customer) and that all items have been serviced as specified in your order. Please note: the driver will confirm your order at the door of collection and delivery.
8.0 Click Clean Clothes Order Cancelation Rights:8.1: Click Clean Clothes may cancel your order and the contract between you (the customer) and us under the following conditions:
8.2: If for whatever reason we (Click Clean Clothes) will not be able to deliver the agreed order contract due to an event outside our control.
8.3: If you (the customer) are unable to make items available for collection/collection.
8.4: If any of the items provided by you (the customer) to Click Clean Clothes do not match the items stated on your order submitted via the app or website.
8.5: On the very unlikely event that we cancel your order we will inform you via telephone or email. If we have already collected your items we will contact you via email or telephone to arrange an available time-slot to deliver your items.
9.0 Service Standards:9.1: Click Clean Clothes provides the services we offer to you (the customer) with care and caution to a high level of industry standards.
9.2: Click Clean Clothes will not be liable for any delay of non-performance of our services where you (the customer) have failed to provide accurate information in your order. E.g. If item details are inaccurate or address details are inaccurate.
9.3: If we receive any items from you (the customer) that have a risk of damage, special instructions, items without labelling or items that have hazardous materials such as pins, pens, badges, coins etc. they will be serviced as specified in your (the customers) order at your (the customers) own risk, Click Clean Clothes are not liable for any damage to the item/s.
9.4: Any Wash Dry & Fold items that have no labels will be serviced as specified in your order at your own risk, Click Clean Clothes will not be liable for any damage, shrinkage or colour run to these items.
9.5: You (the customer) must ensure that all items are checked and no items are left in pockets e.g. keys, pens, coins, buttons as Click Clean Clothes will not be liable for damage of items or loss of any items left in pockets.
9.6: Please note that on a rare occurrence some stains may not be removed, Click Clean Clothes does not guarantee the removal of stains. We will give the option to service this item again to remove the specific stain but Click Clean Clothes will not be liable for any damage caused to the item as the request to service the item further is done at the your (the customer) own risk.
9.7: Wash, Dry & Fold Procedure:
9.7.1: Items are washed at 40 degrees Celsius cycle and tumble dried at medium heat. Customers who have personal requirements such as a specific temperature wash cycle or washing powders (provided by the customer) must inform Click Clean Clothes by specifying their requirements at pick up to the representative of Click Clean Clothes.
9.7.2: Items such as duvets, pillows, and sheets (sheets with ironing service only) cannot be included in the Wash Dry Fold service bags as they are charged as separate items.
9.7.3: Colour separation: All items must be colour separated at collection (Pick up) into separate washing load bags. Click Clean Clothes is not responsible for any colour run/bleeding or transfer during the cleaning process.
9.7.3.1: Sanitary items are not accepted in any of the Click Clean Clothes services offered.
9.7.4: Wash Dry & Fold Load weight:
9.7.4.1: All bags of laundry provided to Click Clean Clothes will be weighed at the collection location, if the weights do not correspond with your order details we will inform you at the door and provide you with a number of available options, your instructions will be noted on our system. If the order needs to be amended and if required we will charge your card accordingly from our workshop.
9.7.5 Damaged items:
9.7.5.1 Click Clean Clothes do not inspect each item in our Laundry service (Wash Dry & Fold) or the items care labels. As the customer sorts the items for our laundry service, therefore we are not liable for any damage, shrinkage or colour run caused to items in the service.
9.8.6: Laundry items (Wash Dry & Fold) are not tagged individually. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility if you (the customer) claim that there are any missing items when your washing is returned. However please note that we wash your laundry with separate loads, therefore we do not wash or mix your items with any other customers orders.
10.0 Our Service Standards:10.1.1: If you (the customer) have an issue with our service or would simply like to comment on our service, please visit our contact form on our website www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/contact . (please include you order number). A Click Clean Clothes representative will get back to you as soon as they can via email or telephone.
10.1.2: If there is an issue with one of your garments that has been serviced, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order (delivery).
10.2: Price and payment:
10.2.1: The Click Clean Clothes prices are stated on our website in the ‘Our Services’ section www.clickcleanclothes.co.uk/ourservices. Click Clean Clothes prices can change at any time, however if there is a change the website and app will be updated accordingly. (Price changes will not affect orders that have already been made)
10.3 Click Clean Clothes liability to you:
10.3.1 Click Clean Clothes will not be responsible for any individual items valued over £300, if you would like us to service an item valued over £300 you can contact us via our contact form so that we can assist you further.
10.3.2: Click Clean Clothes are not liable for any loss of business/work, loss of profit, loss of business/work interruption or loss of business/work opportunity.
10.3.3: Click Clean Clothes are not responsible for any colour loss or shrinkage as you (the customer) should understand the process by reading the terms and conditions.
10.3.4: Click Clean Clothes will not be liable for any existing damage on items or damage caused to items due to you (the customer) failing to provide Click Clean Clothes with their item special requirements. Click Clean Clothes is not liable if any items are damaged caused by items left in the garments pockets.
11.0 Events Outside our Control:11.1: Click Clean Clothes will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our services that is caused by an event outside our control. (defined below) An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, traffic jam, vehicle break-down, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
11.2: If an event outside Our Control affects our services we will make best efforts to notify you. Click Clean Clothes will make reasonable actions to reduce the level of disruptions to our service if an event outside our control occurs.
12.0 Further Terms and Conditions:12.1: We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.
13.0: Alterations:13.0.1: Completion times of certain alterations and repairs may vary in time. We will contact you (the customer) if we are unable to meet your time slots. (Collection up and/or Delivery times)
14.0: Refund Policy:14.1: If you (the customer) are not satisfied with your order, we will first attempt to process your item again, if this does not solve the particular issue, this will be looked into further by our team, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Refunds are at the discretion of the management of Click Clean Clothes Limited.
15.0: Promotions and Vouchers Codes:- Terms and conditions apply to all Click Clean Clothes Vouchers.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction/order.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and have no other value other than a discount with Click Clean Clothes during its validity.
- Click Clean Clothes reserves the right to cancel an offer or voucher at any time.
- Vouchers/promotions are not valid for corporate or bespoke orders.
- Vouchers cannot deduct the final total cost of an order below £20.00, as the Click Clean Clothes minimum order cost policy.
- All vouchers are subject to expiry dates.
15.1: Referral promotion (refer a friend scheme):
- To receive the new user discount, the user using the referral code must be a new customer who is making their first order.
- All terms and conditions apply to the ‘refer a friend promotion’.
- Discounts do not deduct below the minimum order cost.
15.2: Price match:
- The company that we will price match must be a registered UK Ltd company.
- All terms and conditions apply to the ‘price match’ promotion.
- The price that we will be matching must include collection and delivery.
- The price that we will be matching must be for the same service/ item that Click Clean Clothes provide.
- We do not match any services/items that are part of a promotion from another company.
- Vouchers are not applicable when we have price matched a service.
- Companies we will price match with must operate in the area Click Clean Clothes operate in.
16.1: Click Clean Clothes Ltd is registered in England and Wales, our company Number is 9853216 and our registered office is Chantry Lodge, Pyecombe, Pyecombe Street, West Sussex, BN45 7EE.
